Here's a start to my outcast...toon...series...thingy... XD

Backstory:

A character(yet to be named) is an outcast toon all his life because of his "creepy" appearance. He stumbles across what he thinks is an abandoned building on the outskirts of town. Little does he know that a mad toon scientist is waiting for him. From this point on, he starts to discover that being a toon doesn't necessarily mean you have to be bright and cheerful.
