Some squirrels in the park will come right up to me and nab peanuts off the ground. Others are brave enough to jump up on the bench beside me and grab peanuts from there. This one doesn't bother with the bench. He jumps right up off the ground and onto my knee.

Last year I named him Boss Hogg because of the way he chased other squirrels off, biting at their tails if they were anywhere nearby trying to get peanuts. The first time I saw him this year I wasn't sure it was the same squirrel till he hopped right up off the ground and onto my knee again. His fur had gone from greyish brown to a beautiful shade of red over the winter. I renamed him Boss Red, since he's still as bossy as ever xD
