Have you ever had the pleasure of watching Garth Marenghi's Darkplace? The Boosh make some cameos in it and it's a close kind of comic surrealism, but of a different sort. I figure you'd love it or hate it, but so few have even heard of it I'd thought I'd mention it at least.

Oh man I love Darkplace. the exploding ambulance that never actually appears in the show has become a family meme. Also, Asylum is pretty good. It has julian as a psych patient who wants to kill everyone/end the world for the sake of terrible modern art. It's got juggling and the dude from shawn of the dead in it! Tends to drag at times though.....

The Darkplace intro is a work of comedy itself! Whenever I see it I want to go watch the MacGyver intro. 80s TELEVISION WAS SERIOUS BUSINESS.

lol I love boosh.

I always thought it was weird that Vince is the 'pretty one' when he's got huge anime eyes, a broken nose, and looks to be made of stray shards of glass. Not that that doesn't make him cute but...you know....
