Nyxis: Lol I have boobs
I'm trying to push from my semi-toony style towards a more realistic style but it's hard. XD
Artist confession, I don't think my eye for anatomy is that great, but when I sit down and decide I want to draw something realistic my muse is like "Nah you don't need reference images I refuse to work if you give me refs" so things like this happen. Gotta find some way to motivate myself to do it proper if I want to improve.
The best way I can explain her eye is that it's like an albino's except it's purple instead of red. And it looks really glazed over when not viewed at full size. 0__0 ALSO 4 IN THE MORNING ART MY SLEEP SCHEDULE IS BECOMING MORE LIKE A BAT'S EVERY DAY XD

She looks gorgeous as always. Soft tones, warm smile, aptly posed. I really like her ears in this one.
Attempting different art styles is something I greatly admire in any artist, and you've indeed done well. All the same, you wouldn't want Nyxis drawn too realistically, because to be anatomically correct for bats you'd need to put her breasts in her armpits and I don't think her fans would enjoy that. Then again to me a bosom on a kangaroo looks weird, even for an anthro.
(PS - Sorry I haven't been on much lately. I was laid off work in February and have been spending all my time jobsearching).
