So... I tired using my own hand as a ref cause I want to teach myself to draw....
I love it and I hate it, actually, but this is my first go at something like this, soo.... Yea....
The bend in the upper portion of my middle finger is overly exaggerated, but it's actually there. Most noticeable when I hold my hand stretched out and you're viewing it from the back. Makes flipping people off more fun cause some tend to be more focused on the bend.
I think the palm is too big and the fingers too short for it...
I tired to follow the fat parts of my palm to help make it look like realistic?
x.x Practice practice practice...
Edit: I didnt realize the image was a giant >.>
So i shrunk it down

Whoaaa huge resolution! Haha.
I'm not much of a realistic artist, but probably one of the most important things is: Draw what you see, not what you think you see.
Looking at negative shapes really do help portray the difference in finger shapes. e.g., the space between the thumb and index finger looks like
a birds beak. Easy enough to draw right? As for the palms, I'm not much of help at that point. To get the lighting, definitely wanna pay attention
to the light source, where the brightest part of hand is, to the darker, receding colors.
Take each step at a time. Once you get a basic layout, draw each fingers at a time until you feel like you can draw it faster.
Ahaha, and yeah, tons of practice!
