Presenting our very first baby cockatiel! It's the result of our whiteface female and pied male pair and it happens to be their first baby as well. Happy Birthday new little friend. We love you and your fluffy white feathers already <333

(Note: We had to move it because it was stuck in a precarious situation in the nesting box. The parents chose to make their nest in a carrying cage (yeah we know) and despite all the nesting material we provided still managed to sit the eggs on the bars. We don’t plan on starting to fully handle it and either of the other two eggs that are hatching until a couple weeks down the road.)
