The shoulders are a little stiff. I know males have to have broad shoulders, but make them a little more curved next time - he looks too tense. Try to pose him a little more to the side... full frontal views are awkward to make look right.

Put some more fluff into his hair - it looks slick and oiled, but isn't shaped like slick, oiled hair would be. If his hair IS slick, then you need to sculpt it so.
