This fella here's 13 (his full designation is is 13D16 but it's a bit of a mouthfull) he's from an original comic that'd been put on hiatus but's recently been revived when a friend of mine offered to write for it. I think in this pic he's telling some sorta bullshit story. Likely involving overwhelming odds and a heroic escape...he's really full of it like that. And if you're wondering, his head is wrapped up 'cause he got serious acid burns to a good part of his face. I think he thinks it looks cool or something. Personally I don't know how he sees through that. : P
