Something ridiculous you say? Your wish is my command!
Well clearly we see here the hints to a far greater plot. Obviously Daryl suffers from narcolepsy, but is as of yet unaware of it. And Barnaby's crotch slamming Otis Najac will result in such a media frenzy that he will have to remain under the radar for an extended period of time.
During this period both shall form a cast iron friendship (interspersed with occasional bouts of snoring) and go adventuring together, battling evil mole people and eventually finding the ancient ruins of the temple of Buck Hopper, and within the legendary FBA World Cup.
Aaaand I think I need to get back on my meds now. :P
