Dumb headworld verbiage below.
Synthe was part of an old storyline which I just wasn't enjoying anymore. But he is alive and well in my mind.
My brain did this:
Synthe is really a creator god of sorts, who unknowingly constructed the entire world around him and lived within it.
His own self hating nature made every aspect of it difficult for him; a lack of a steady job, negligent and somewhat abusive parents, his own form being in stark contrast to other beings and worthy of derision, and just plain bad luck, on top of that.
In a rather desperate time he decides he wants to leave this world, and in having that strong thought, realizes he actually can, in fact, leave and exist on another plane. And so, he does, and comes to realize in hindsight the world was his (...and that, wow, he did a shitty job of it.)
This empty plane, which he nicknamed Limbo for a lack of any other ideas, opens to countless other worlds different from his own, suggesting he is not the only creature to be able to cross to such a place.
Yet, there was no sign of anyone else there.
Without him in his former home planet, time freezes and the world becomes static and unchanging. Whenever he returns, it continues from the second he left.
He eventually takes Ceil, his dearest companion in that world (who is somewhat a partial embodiment of what trust/positivity/et cetera he does have brought to life and allowed to live as a separate person) to the space between worlds he has found, and finds that Ceil can live just fine with him.
Synthe enjoys the calm and quiet of this space, but soon grows bored. So he attempts to test the abilities he now has knowledge of.
His first attempt (and the only one at this point) was built from two single stands of hair--his own, and Ceil's.
The creation brought forth was the creature shown above, who was named Asemna by Ceil.
She was 'born' in adult size, and with an adult mental capacity, which helped her to learn speech and other basic skills at a decent pace. One thing she seemed to have difficulty grasping was the concept of empathy.
She could not fathom why Synthe wasn't doing more with his newly understood abilities, and would incessantly pester him to try to create more things, and to return to his formal world and take the control of it as he deserves to.
Synthe is not interested, and this disagreement provokes many arguments between them. Ceil, who cannot help but think of Asemna as their daughter, finds it rather amusing that despite Synthe's strong objections to the thought, they tend to sound like a parent and child arguing.
Synthe one day sent Asemna to a timeout of sorts on one of the other worlds through an arbitrary portal when he becomes fed up with her.
Destroying his and Ceil's hope that she would learn something about respect for others and life in general, Asemna returns with the news she'd "ended the world". A quick look into the portal confirmed that the relatively developed and modern looking planet had been razed to its crust. It became apparent that Asemna had a gift not for creation, but complete destruction.
Ceil was horrified, and Synthe was rather annoyed.
Asemna was sent to other worlds in the hopes she'd find something that would capture her interest and perhaps become precious to her, but at this time, the only thing keeping her under control is Synthe's disturbing threat:
if she continues to disobey and cause such destruction, she'd be sent to meet his parents.
The two beings he'd unknowingly manufactured and, despite his newfound knowledge of this fact, he cannot help but visit and care for in some begrudging way.
Asemna's misunderstanding of his statement that he cannot destroy them or their world lead her to believe they simply could not be taken down and surpassed her creator in power when in reality, Synthe's own sense of morals and attachment were what prevented him.
Ceil remains in a more parental role with Asemna when she is in limbo, and tries to advise her against her destructive ways. She does seem to care for him, and listen to him a bit better than Synthe, but this has yet to change the end results of her travels.
Aaand that's the gist of it.
Also, because I have dealt with this before no, you absolutely cannot make a creature like Synthe or Asemna.
