What a cool design! I like how the lines are inconsistently thick at the bottom and thin at the top, and how detail files the same pattern, symbolizing how the wolf draws power from its chest to howl.

An Ibanez, Its a cheepy but it has good sound and its got a great feel!

No I used a pencil to do a general outline and then a standard ball-point pen to finalize afterwards i simply used a protective see-through plastic adhesive to keep the piece on the bass.
