This is the first piece that shows Scooter in a more 'magical' form.
He's an evil spirit/demon who's bonded with Dixie.
His physical form is that of a skulled river otter, but his magical form is a blue ghosty mist and he will sometimes disappear completely.
Regardless of whether or not he can be seen he's always there and rarely goes far from her.
I hope to have a few more examples of his magical nature eventually <3
