This is the second time I've drawn her. The first image is located on my DA page, and she looks rather dumb.

Her name is 'Darjeeling' as you can see from the title, named after the tea. She was given that name because her stripe and hair resemble the colour of the tea. (As you can see here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Darjeeling_tea )

I usually hate, HATE it when people darw nipples on lizard people. Then I go and do it. : I blame the pencil. And my GF/Wife. My excuse is that she's a 'squishy bodied' lizard like a gecko, and that's why she has them.
