M: When I am experiencing some form of art block, be it small or overwhelming. I really indulge in other things such as video games, I also watch a lot of Science videos on youtube( education is just REALLY fun for me, also super relaxing ;n; ), watch more things in general from anime to old movies. Anything just to get my mind off art for a while if I could. Too, when I don't like my work, which I do now. I don't like my impatience and I don't give my self a chance on all my potential. Like actually sitting there, doing every detail of line work, painting a certain way, mapping out perspective that looks really believable.
But I think everyone does this if they are not satisfied. I tend to do this often. If I like a certain style, for example, I really love Kaori Yuki's work. She's made Angel Sanctuary and Earl Cain; Godchild. Probably one of my most favorite manga's. Her work has inspired me greatly for her attention to detail and over all dark themes. In late 2004 she's really pushed me to write some but more so aid my inspiration.
Just saying, maybe you could read some manga ( if you're into that sort of thing. It's pretty great since it's artists work and they have a steady and visibly growing style which is nicely consistent through out the series.
You should find something you're head over heals for, indulge, observe, and practice to your liking. As of now, I like to watch game plays, I also watch some people with their commentary on RPG maker games. Yet again, a lot of them are full of mystery and are dark. ( Mystery is most likely my favorite genre of anything.)
These are just some things I do or think about, because eventually I will have a strong need to draw again. We all need breaks and we need to adjust pretty frequently. Get inspired but most importantly, enjoy everything that you do to the fullest. :')

I think I do just need to take a break and indulge in what inspires me. Ive been watching a whole heap of animes lately, and Im trying to catch up on some manga (so much naruto to go through >_>) I need to stop thinking about art so much, its consuming me in a bad way. So many things have just been chipping away at me emotionally, and Ive just lost the motivation for anything really. Actually, the one thing that is actually keeping me interested is biology. Evolution, the beginning of life, genetics. Makes me hunger for more knowledge, haha.
Oops, Im rambling sorry. But you're right. I need to spend some time being me, and not just a username that posts art everyday.
