Haha, I'm sure any actual morphing/henshin power would've made him fit into the suit. XD
I mean, the original zyuranger yellow was you'r typical big yellow guy, there was our turboranger blue, that little kid, and in both English and Japanese SPD/Dekaranger's Dogi Kruger had a few jokes about how his face even fit in the helmet.
