The bear hybrid was determined to win. To fight and win ... so the innocent people terrorized by the Sith could be safe again.
He was no Jedi, not anymore, but he was wielding dual lightsabers. One of his sabers had a rare focusing crystal, producing a quick and clear blade in a pink-purple color. His other saber was even stranger, a powerful weapon with a black blade and a menacing high pitched wine. Fast, powerful and deadly.
Sascha had been trained as a Jedi Guardian, his training focusing towards lightsaber combat. Eventually his passion and pride had let to a lot of conflict with his Jedi masters and one day he had been cast out from the Order.
A grey Jedi now, but he still fought for the light side, just without the tight restrictions of the Order. He always had to be careful not to drift towards the dark side ... but so far he resisted every temptation, even with his extreme methods.
Fully immersed in his imagination the little bear totally lost track of time and his surroundings. Dressed into his brand new Jedi costume his step parents bought for him and wearing quite thick padding (because his step parents knew he would lose track of time) he was bouncing through his room .. clumsily but enthusiastically wielding two plastic "lightsabers".
Quite a funny and adorable sight. :3
Dear Gawd .. I so want to swap places with my little bear. To play pretend in such a way and with so much fun ... that is something little kids are really good at. I knew I did such things when I was younger. That playful innocence is just so adorable.

You said that the bear cub had two lightsabers, one was purple, and the other was an old sith artifact, well the only blades that where made pure black and are that old where the ones that the Jedi used long before the sith where even thought of, so I didn't know if a sith had ever made a blade like that or not.
There is actually a black bladed lightsaber, officially in Star Wars canon. Its called the Darksaber.

I always had a thing for the purple Hurrikaine crystal in Mace Windu's light saber. And I love the darksaber from Clone Wars, which has a much higher pitched wine instead of the low hum of a normal saber.
But I didn't like the shape of the blade .. so now my bear wields a black bladed "normal" saber, with the black crystal being just another focusing crystal like the others. Black and purple are just more rare than the normal green, blue, red or yellow. It's not canon .. but it's fun :3
