Nonono, not at all!
On the original artist's submission, the description said that they didn't know these were two female characters until after the picture was almost done, and the only reason they finished the commission was because they weren't a couple. I guess part of their ToS is that they won't draw homosexual characters, but they use the anime terms "yaoi" and "yuri" to describe it. o.O It was just very odd to me.
