Actually he's not sad, it's very dusty and windy today and they keep their eyes clear by weeping. but does look poignant. taken with a 720nm IR filter for 2 seconds exposure, and HDR processing.

When isn't it windy there in NM. It followed me home last week up to and including blizzard like conditions when I went to my concert.

I was taking shots of my other horse, and he wouldn't stand still and this one was just standing there fascinated by what I was doing well can't turn down volunteered poses!

Seems to be a little out of focus, but maybe is onle a "shake" effect! Anyway great effect =D

horse can't stay TAHT still for a couple seconds! plus it's IR so it has a natural soft focus
