So, I've been doing some market research to see exactly what changes I need to make to Wayfarer to make it the perfect game, and over the course of doing this research, I came to a stunning revalation.

I've been doing it wrong this whole time. Nobody wants a tabletop RPG, I mean, nobody plays those but nerds and basement dwelling neck beards - so I asked myself: "What kind of games do all of the cool kids play today?" and obviously: First Person Shooters.

So I made a few changes, and a few concept sketches, and some brainstorming, and I've decided that Wayfarer is going to be the first pure multiplayer tabletop first person shooter!

So, you've got your guns, a nice smattering of weapons to pick up and use against your hideously primitive enemies - Realistically you can carry 2 at a time - one pistol and one something else.

I also thought about it, and we could use a change of name to reflect the refocus on combat.

What do you think of Battlefarer?

I think it sounds like a franchise.
