Today I had one of those pet owner nightmare experiences. While unloading our car our, one of our dogs was hurt by a hit and run driver. (Shadow was only a few feet from us at the time. It happened too fast to catch sight of the driver or get a license plate)
Luckily the injury seems non life threating. (We'll not be sure for a few days as some internal injuries don't show up for a while.) but even so the vet bill is going to be big. More than I can afford now. The vet will work with us, but its going to be tough.

So I'll e-baying a bunch of stuff, dedicated to Shadow.
