This is another design I love. He is supposed to be covered from head to toe in tattoos. Yes there are definitely some you cant see yet ;). But yes, his tats, however, are subject to change. I just threw some Amano-style patterns down because tattoos are fuckin' hard to come up with. I'm still happy I could anthro a fucking hammerhead shark. His initial design won't change too much.
