So, this idea came to me randomly while I was taking a bath earlier today. Yes, that's how my random mind works. Apparently I wanted to challenge myself or just wasn't thinking much, because I knew going in that an alien xenomorph would be incredibly tricky to draw.

As it is, I am UNBELIEVABLY proud of how this turned out!!! I feel like I hit all the notes I wanted to hit, and the fact that it was so ridiculously challenging made it feel that much more rewarding. I love a good sexy black goo transformation, so this continues my little side mission of doing the type of art that made me interested in drawing in the first place. =)
