This one was a hawk that alighted on a branch, while we were looking at the tadpoles, and was kind enough to let me snap about 4 pictures before he took off again ,this is the best picture of him. Very pretty birds, hawks. Not sure what he was looking for, mabey a frog dinner, we left about 5 minutes later, so I'm sure he got it if he wanted it!
