You're right; it's a grey fox. I guessed it was a red fox because I didn't remember seeing black on its tail. I went through my fox photos again, and I did get a shot that clearly shows the black fur.

I apologize, I wasn't trying to correct you. I didn't notice you had said it was a red fox.

Just surprised to see that Wolf Park has a Grey now. Just goes to show how out of touch I am with Wolf Park these days... I'm out of touch with everything.

I had 'red fox' in the keywords. My guess was incorrect; that's all.

Also, you were able to identify it without seeing the tail (which is the way I usually distinguish red and grey foxes).

Yeah, that is the best way to distinguish between the two. I suppose I've seen so many foxes that I've become accustom to their build and facial features.
