After browsing my limited DS game collection, I found out it was Chocobo Tales. XD
I restarted me game, though.
I got what I wanted, Meowth, took me three new tries. Smart Marine Blue aura and Sassy typed. :3
My first retry was Violet and something, and my second was Smart Marine Blue and Jolly.

Hah, same, unless the trainer ones actually have some more bonding with your Pokemon, but we know there is no way they are going to drop one for the other, and hey I can easily live with that, hah, I just hope the changes in Starter and Partner never change so dramaticaly.
