This was one of the better strips. Dela, who already knows the orientation of both Sue and Edith, truly does look surprised. Of course, after reading the entire 581 strips, I thought the situation was that Sue was a bit appalled at the thought of sex with a non-human. But, I could be wrong. My memory ain't what it used to be. (Not that it ever WAS what it used to be.)

No, there was one occasion in the beginning where Sue hit on Dela. It was another story when Edith started to hit on Sue and firt with Jake at the same time; up until this strip its more of the fact that Edith tended to rub Sue the wrong way.

You may want to look back in the series of strips surrounding when Edith first arrived in their lives as well as the ones set around when the last time Sue had a "lost weekend"

When I wrote that, the back of my mind said, "You're wrong. Sue seemed interested in Dela back earlier." I'm glad to know that my mind was correct. LOL. I also remember the strip you're talking about. Sue got upset with Edith and called Jake her man which shocked Dela, if I recall correctly. Thanks for reminding me. (I just gotta stop growing old. My memory is starting to suck.)
