MOVING TO  ZielOmizu - COMMENTS DISABLED ON THIS ACCOUNT!

I don't think I'm going to get around to taking in Kino's legs for a while, so I've decided to show what I've done with his feet in the mean time.

Due to the earlier disaster of pink fleece and white fur going outdoors and getting absolutely FILTHY, I came up with a bit of an... unusual solution to having white feet with pink pawpads.

Kino's foot bottoms were replaced with white EVA foam mats, sewn and glued down, and then I took a pink sharpie and drew the paw pads on top!

They've been worn to one weekend con already, and the pawpads do wear down quite a bit - some from walking on them, but they mostly come off when you wash the bottom of the feet. It's not that big of a deal though - if you have a pink sharpie, you can just draw them back on!

I like the result quite a bit. The pawpads don't wear down as fast as you'd expect, the bottom of the feet are white and for the most part, STAY white, they give my feet more support, and they keep the fur off the ground!
(Except one of the heels. I kind of made that bottom a bit too small. Live and learn I guess.)
