That's the reason snakes are the best vore preds - you don't need to ever think about the prey arriving into the spacey stomach, it could all be kneading and smothering all the way.

What about the lack of air? Re-breathing the same air, you'd get sleepier and weaker the longer you stayed in. It'd be like being slowly rocked to sleep by the tireless motion.
