So this just happened ;A;
I was thinking damn some green velvet cake would be amazing and I could cook it in a mug. So I get all the other ingredients ready and go to open the cake mix AND IT EXPLODES EVERYWHERE
I was devastated
Thankfully most of it ended up on the counter so I salvaged what I could and make mug cake. I like it half cooked because I love batter and I love the texture of cake too. So I get the best of both worlds with that one.

Oh, man... That reminds me of the first time I made cookies from scratch. When it was time to mix the ingredients, I turned the mixer up too high, and there was a spume of flour that covered everything. Lesson learned: never turn the mixer up to the highest setting right off.
