A birthday surprise for 
Luigi-Vaporeon. After having Luigi over to hang out (in some new super-poof diapers and latex), Neo brings out his present for the birthday vappy!
For my first time doing latex, I'm pleased with it; could be better, but could be a lot worse. I also tried something different with the ground shading. Background is just abstract. As for the speech bubbles... I just wanted to try something different. ^^;
