"Happy Berthday!" says the banner, misspelling the word "Birthday" just like the name tag Candi wears on her uniform. To top it off, somebody got her a piece of carrot cake, complete with complimentary bite and single candle. Hoo boy. It's almost as if somebody hastily threw together a half-arsed surprise party, isn't it?
