Pretty much the effect it has. Binaural frequencies can be a tad dangerous. I remmeber playing Trouble in Terrorist Town (a game mode in garrys mod) using this map with song included.everyone was freaking out xD so much betrayal (my audio had problems thou so i could hear it breifly before audio disapeared) but it was fun watcing everyone just freak out
