This is one of those nice designs which I just have the worst time thinking of what story to give them/put them in, and I just feel horrible about that. """"OTL (It might be me and the color red clashing again knowing me) So I decided to draw him to see if I could come up with something from my random doodles, and so far the name "Owen" comes to mind, so I may call him that.

Owen is a tough little Preamy, I'm not sure if I'll keep him as a bit of a streetrat so to speak, but for now he wanders the streets trying to avoid any trouble. Unfortunately luck seems to be a bit of a jerk to him and he's always put in really tight situations that he gets out of just barely with his life. Many who know of him call him "Owl" because he roams around at night and has very good night vision. He can tell something is coming at him even if it's behind him and is usually the first to strike.

Owen doesn't talk much and usually just keeps to himself for the most part. He's not one who likes making friends, but he'll help those who help him. Anyone who cause him trouble in the past however will surely be attacked if he sees them again to make sure they won't give him any more grief.
