Well, that's honesty for ya. How many times have I wished I could tell the truth when one of my colleagues asked me how I wrote a particular bit of code...

You get it. Of my whole team, I'm the only one with a real degree, and it happens to be in Computers and Information Science (I think. The damned school kept changing the course descriptions). I just throw around words like Data Structure and Binary Bit Patterns and wait for their eyes to glaze over. I B.S.'ed my way through the interview for a consulting job that turned into the longest job I ever had (13 years) because I realized the interviewer had no clue what he was talking about. He asked what a Rule Base was, and the trick was to sound like I knew; but I was the only applicant who did know.
