This is Kienna, one of many child thieves made by a matronly demigoddess. Kienna and her brothers and sisters are supposed to go out during the day and steal more children for their mother to turn, so they can all play and be a happy family together. To most children, the creatures look like a normal boy or girl, depending on what gender they used to be. Adults can rarely see through the entire ruse, but they can see their golden eyes.
