Oh my god YES! This same exact thing is the reason why i HATE the Beatles! My brother would play the music constantly, and you could hear it anywhere in the house. Even the basement or out in the back yard! Even saying the name of one of their songs will get it stuck in my head for hours if I don't focus on getting another one stuck in there...

I will never ask someone how they can dislike any band ever. Musical taste is objective and it's foolish to argue something like that.

Unfortunately some folks take disliking of their favorite band to a personal level and consider it a judgment on them as a person.
