She saw a photo of Baloo picking out his belly-button lint.

Maybe she walked in on Sabrina too.

Either that or she walked in on Kit or Molly.

I could think of a few things she would be laughing about.

And what, pray-tell, is that?

Either she remembered something funny from the past and is looking back on it or remembers a funny thing that happened that Baloo did or that Kit and Baloo did or she walked in on Baloo and found him doing something that lead to a hilarious thing or she walked in on Kit, you know, playing with himself down there and found out how big it is. My last guess is that her head is full of jokes and funnies and can't stop laughing. Those are my best guesses.
