He's a Dinosaur from the Sprixie Kingdom in the Super Mario universe. Mario, Luigi, Peach and Toad get his help during the adventures of Super Mario 3D World (on Wii U). He lets them take place on his back and together they slide down different obstacle courses downhill like rivers or sandy dunes. These sections are much fun because everybody who controls one of the four protagonists can actually accelerate Plessie's movements and in the end the big cute fella waves to them to wish them luck on their travel through the kingdom. You actually can use the Gamepad controller to rub Plessie's tummy even. X///3
He does so many cute things and I enjoyed his levels a lot. Since he actually also wears a red bandana like me lil Totodile and he didn't get so much attention art-wise yet so I found it fitting for me lil DIle to get into a fun TF situation like this one. (-^.=.^-)

Haha, I did react exactly that way(Silver's expression) when I watched the comic for the first time. I guess seeing such a big and friendly looking guy you just can't help but squee and want to ask him for taking a photo with him or to give him a hugs. You catched the cute look of Plessie really well here and you can see also that me lil Totodile loves the surprising changes a lot. He looks nice, has his personal look still, he got bigger which is always an effect that adds to his mood and he is able to transport people over the water like a little ship even.
