here is my gecko's X-ray from todays apointment i just got back from

heres the details of the visit

she says he looks beautiful, and his weight is fantastic, but she said the fading of his pelvis has her concerned enough to send it to a specialist.
i hope my babys alright

Glad to hear he's in great shape though the fading of his pelvis? Hm... I hope he's ok too. :( Poor little guy.

me too.

its weird that HE developed these issues before any of my other geckos though. like, ive not even had him a whole year. :/
i dont know what his previous owner care was like so i dont know if that was a factor

i hope not.
hes like..a PRICEY morph. hes 3 years old, and its weird it would only just now manifest, and so suddenly

I hope not too but it was the first thing that came to mind if, oddly like you mentioned, he's the first to show these signs before the others.
No kidding... I hope I'm wrong. :(

i dont know, if he was just more "prone" to nutritional issues?
or if he was already bad off from the beginning??

i dont know.
all my other geckos are tottaly healthy and happy

Sounds like it's just the waiting game for now for the specialist to get back to you.
I hope he's just got a chubby little butt that's blocking out his pelvis bone in the x-ray.

Oh, I thought I made it worse for you. o.o I see now. >3> I worry too much...

I wish little Seb' the best and that he is just plump and having some temporary issues.
If he chomped the vet like you mentioned too, sounds like he should hopefully be just fine. XD

Wow that's a beautiful picture though. I love skeletons. There so cool and complex. But yeah that's odd. Could it be a calcium deficiency?

she said calcium issues first manifest in the fingers. and she says his toes and the rest of him looks great calcium wise.
that it woludnt only show in his pelvis
