Awesome! this is the only story I could find using the key word "Infomorph."
I tried "Brain/ Memory-Uploading" but the stories were EXTREMELY far off the mark!
I found some good stories on "AI", yet still not quite what I was looking for.
But, then I found this. Finally, someone who knows some degree of actual (if, admittedly, hypothetical) science.
It also reads in a way I find engaging.
