I'm really not confident with how the water came out, not to talk about the coloring/shading but since i don't have the energy to redo it from the beginning i go to bed now and say, if i know how to make it better i'll do so.
Oh and yes, it is supposed to have no face.

Its almost like ive seen it before.
A random death scene which is actually pretty well done, I could say. The bubbles effect is very good... but the faceless trait, although it adds to the character's lack of identity and to the fact that it portray all drowning Pokemon rather than a particuliar one, do remove a bit of the emotion in the scene.
All in all, an excellent if not a bit sad drawing.
