St. Patrick's aside, you did a delightful job drawing Sparks enjoying himself. The background is also very vibrant and Spring-like. I love Spring time.
I also had no idea that Sparks' natural eye color was green. How awesome! I enlarged the image and looked extra-close and saw it. Awesome!
Still showing visible "90"s, too, on the scarf. A great tradition for a delightful character.
