So today, I woke up late. So.. I got to a late start, usually not a big issue, however EVERYWHERE I went today I was treated like crap. I was looking at two really interesting books at a store and when I finally decided which one I should get I had an employee (Guessing a manager) come up to me and ask "So... Are you going to get that book or what?" I did buy the book. I know I know,,... but it looked interesting...
Then I go to two different pet stores (one owned locally by a douche couple and one corporate standing) BOTH places gave me an attitude and both gave me their smallest product. I wasn't mean today, or rude. I said my pleases, and thank yous.
Then I go get my hair cut... It's not bad but it's not wonderful. All the while the cuts going on the store owner, and girl doing my hair are arguing with a customer and her "3 dollar" rip off.
So I get home and tke a shower, my mate gets home and doesn't jump in like he usually does (Turned out my dad had asked him for help with the pool filter) So afterwards I stumble into our room not realising I showered with my eyeliner and eye shadow on.
My mate just looks over smiles and says "You look gorgeous, you're so perfect."

He didn't know how fucked up my day was, didn't realize how shitty my shower was, he just saw me standing there in a towel makeup running down (unnoticed by me till afterwards), and told me that I was perfect. He did it so casually before going to his video games.

I love him so darn much, he brightens my day, every day.
