Gawd, I've been hooked on The World Ends With You. I doodled this last night of Fennec as a Noise, with arms and the lower half of his body as tattoos, as Noise are known to have.

At first I thought he had kind'a like Necro arms, but thats pretty sweet too. Gott'a go look up what Noise are exactly though oxo;;
Anyhoo, s'A Great Piece. Love the look in his eyes, somethin' between innocence and a wicked malevolence x3~
And the only 'shaded' part bein' the transition from Body to Tattoo is a cool touch as well!

I tried to make him look michevious, but I do see what you're saying! The design is something I was trying to get across as being a wicked looking creature, though intelligent looking as well. :3
The Noise, for your question, are the main enemies in The World Ends With You, for the DS. They are represented by animals that have body-parts made from Tattoos and are often named after musical terms combined with another name. c:
