what skills does she have as a divine being?

Manipulation of the electromagnetic spectrum, the ability to compress her form by means of subspace compression (to put into terms of vague earth understanding, See Star Trek DS9: One tiny Ship), and with these gives her a slew of other abilities, such as un compressing her flames to project fire, or hacking wifi signals. She does have an adept ability to learn, and loves to do so, mostly trying to understand civilizations and the various concepts they form (such as friendship, love, etc)
