This is Salina Terezinha, a leoger (leopard/tiger) cabbit (cat/rabbit hybrid). She's a good friend of Twilight Wolf's, training with her in Taekwondo. She's British/Portuguese, and works as a model at times, but she also helps Twilight Wolf in fighting crime whenever she visits her. In reality, Salina is a Special Interpol Agent, tasked with assisting superheroes in investigating international crime syndicates. Salina's duties keep her moving around, so it is hard for her to find that special someone.
Yeah, she was inspired a bit by Street Fighter's Chun-Li and Sly Cooper's Carmelita Fox.
And yes, that blue hair of hers is her natural color!
