To be honest, because arctic foxes don't have much in the line of markings (I've given her a few red fox markings to break up all the white), I wanted her to have long hair to help give her a little more colour. And golden blonde does seem to suit arctic vixens!

To be honest, I haven't really thought about a nationality for her...
My only characters with definite nationalities - other than my own fursona (who's British) - are Blaze (British/Dutch), Rorschene (Irish) and Honey (American).
I may decide on a nationality for Cyndi here at some point in the future, though!
