The most secretive of all the classes. A technomancer's power comes from the machanus nodes. A connected network of chambers, implanted into skin and bone; storing and converting biological energy, into usable power to fuel their techno magic. Mechanus nodes are rare. With less then a handful of new nodes having been constructed in the past 100 years. In truth, a techno apprentice, more commonly inherits a set of nodes from a fallen magi that came before them. As there are so few nodes in existence, the number of technomancers has deteriorated. This is also in no small part, due to the a great civil war with the Techno Malificar. An order comprised of many who betrayed the Techonomancers, and sought to destroy them completely, in a war that left both sides decimated. Those few mages who survived; with their order mostly gone, have taken to directly aiding the League; their eternal ally in the defense of the planet, against any destructive forces that still threaten to destroy it.
