The sketch is very messy at this point, but will be updated later! It takes me a long time to do a refined sketch, so I start out with a scribble to make sure I've got the basic details down right. If the commissioner approves, I make a cleaned up version of the sketch to replace the messy one. You can check back later to see the fixed up sketch, or simply wait for the final copy to be uploaded.

I tend to humanize most animals a bit because I don't find realistic animals particularly appealing. Generally that involved flattening the face and moving the muzzle down below the eyes. Works just fine for a lot of animals, fails spectacularly for others. I haven't really found a good way of dealing with the animals it doesn't work with yet.
