Sorry, I always get those lines in my head, everytime I read or hear the term "dropship".

Seriously though, that is awesome block construction and looks very cool. Finding the right blocks and assembling from scratch probably took a long time, but the results are very cool, indeed.

Nice. I love LEGOs. I'm not ashamed to say I planned on buying the $130 Y-wing model (which was discontinued before I could grab it).

It's a universally accepted fact that LEGOs are just about the coolest thing ever.

indeed they are, and I happen to have the particular Y-Wing; it's on display in my bookshelf, one of the centerpieces of my collection =3 -still wants the Star Destroyer-

You should follow the cube-based prow, but make it hollow, so that cargo modules fit into the underside, a bit like how Thunderbird 2 lifted cargo modules up into itself. :o

But the cargo module would be at the front, not in the middle. ^^
Oh, and it needs rails that decend to grip the module and raise it into the slot. *Nod nod.*
